From 29 September - 3 October 2019 JCI Europe will organize the 15th edition of the JCI European Know-How Transfer in Brussels. The programme is designed to provide JCI members with a better understanding of European decision-making and gives them the opportunity to connect with Members of the European Parliament as well as officials of the European Commission and gain interesting insights into European politics. At the same time MEPs can learn from socially responsible young leaders and entrepreneurs about the challenges their constituency is facing and receive input on specific policy topics. Thus, the project strengthens personal contacts and increases understanding between politicians and young leaders. Furthermore, it empowers young leaders to advocate for their political positions and create positive change.

This year's topic of the European Know-How Transfer is "Taking Action for the Global Goals", thus participants will learn about the European Union's actions towards the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals and discuss solutions on how civil society and young active citizens can support the process of achieveing the Agenda 2030.
